P's first field trip

Parker went on his first field trip! I was really glad I got to go with him! They went to the fire station and learned about fire safety. Here is Parker with the ladies! My boy is such a stud! Parker got to squirt the fire hose! He had a lot of fun, and was pretty good at it. Maybe he will be a fireman when he grows up. He enjoyed being a "big boy" fireman.

P's preschool group! His class is a lot smaller, but for field trips everyone gets together and goes. It is nice because then the mom's get to visit!

Here is Parker talking to the fireman. I think it is great they show the kids what the firemen look like so they don't get scared of them if there is a fire. Parker got to give him nucks and it made him a very happy boy!

tub finger paints

I saw these cute bath finger paints on a blog and wanted to try them out! They were a big hit with Parker so I wanted to share it with you!

Items Needed:(1) bar of soap

1/2 c. warm water

Food Coloring

Cheese grater

Food processor

Plastic cups

Electric mixer

1.Take the bar of soap and grate into a bowl.

2. Take the shaved pieces of soap and place in a food processor. Blend until soap is a fine powder.

3. Pour 1/2 c. warm water in to a large mixing bowl. Slowly add 1/4 c. of the soap flakes while beating with the mixer.

4. Continue to beat until mixture resembles whipped egg whites.

5. Spoon soap mixture into individual cups.

6. Color as desired. (I used 2-3 drops of coloring per cup.)

Now, GO HAVE FUN!

cousins...

Sarah and her cousin are only 5 days apart. They are so cute together, they like to give each other kisses and Mckinlee just attacks Sarah with loves!I have wanted to make Sarah a tutu for a while. I thought what better time then with her cute cousin. We had a lot of fun making these for the girls and they looked so precious! It is

s0 fun seeing them play together. BTW...does anyone know how to get the words to wrap around the pictures? Any who...I just love how they turned out, too bad Sar was a little grumpy!

p's first day of pre-school!

My little Parker bug started pre-school! I am so proud of him. Parker is such a sweetheart and we love him so much. His pre-school is just around the corner from our house, so we can walk.
It was really bright outside, so poor little P was squinting for the pics, Ryan made fun of me for taking pictures on his first day of pre-school, but I don't care! I was a proud mama! :)

Parker loves to push his sister in the stroller, he just adores her. I love my kiddos, they are so sweet and I couldn't have a better family!

Happy 1/2 birthday to Sarah!

Today is Sarah's 1/2 birthday! She is 6 mos. old! I can hardly believe it. I am very overwhelmed today. I have so much gratitude in my heart for the opportunity to be the mother of 2 beautiful children. After my little scare with the dvt/pe I have had a really hard time. Not only physically, but emotionally. I have been scared everyday for the last 6 mos. that I wouldn't wake up, or I wouldn't have the chance to be here for my family. I know, it may be a little dramatic, but that is how I felt. I am finally starting to let go of that awful feeling. I am so thankful to my Heavenly Father for allowing me to stay here and raise my beautiful kids. I love them with all my heart, they are so very special. So, Happy 1/2 birthday to my little baby girl! I love you so much!

Dinsaur Park-er

We went to the Dinosaur Park! I thought it was free day, but I guess it was the week before! The lady let us in for free anyway because it was only an hour until closing time. We were just going to pay to get in, but the lady let us in no charge. It was a nice surprise!

We had a great day! I love being with my little family. They are so much fun! For Halloween the dinosaur Parker does a night walk, You can go through the park when it is dark and dress the kids in their costumes. We will definitely be going, it's always a lot of fun! I love seeing my kids experience new things in life! It's so great to see things through a child's eyes. I am so thankful for my beautiful children and my great husband!

Ok I know I went a little overboard, but I was very behind on blogging! I took this video on my phone, so it isn't great quality! I just love my babies! They are growing up so fast. I hope they stay close forever. They love each other so much! Here is Sarah giving Parker kisses!

Parker was in the dining room finishing up lunch and he started squawking, I went in to find this! He was playing around and somehow got his shirt up over the chair. He was about an inch off the ground. I had to take a picture, then strongly discourage him from doing that again! It's amazing he has made it through his life without more serious injuries. What a crazy kid!

Parker's first fishing trip! What a proud boy! We love him so much!

I got to go to Twin Falls to visit my Dad. It was just me and the kids, Ryan had to work. We had a lot of fun! On the drive up there the kids were sleeping, and there was the most beautiful sunset. I snapped a couple pictures while I was driving! ( I know tisk, tisk! ) We went fishing, swimming, and lots of other fun activities! I didnt get to take many photos, I will have to post more when I get them from gramma ea! Thanks Dad and Lea for a great time! I love you both very much! It was a much needed break!

Parker bug is 3!

My little man turned years old! I can hardly believe it! It feels like we just brought him home from the hospital. parker is such an amazing boy! We are so proud of him. Our camera ran out of batteries, so we didnt get many pictures.


I had different stations set up. We did Flo's cafe-the food station, TOwMaters-a game that they towed cars, Ramones house of flames-temporary tatoo's, and The COzy cone-a relay race game. I had a lot of fun throwing his party, and he was so sweet to thank me. What a great boy he is!

I made this race car track cake, it was fun and yummy! Parker really liked it. Thank you to all the family and friends who came. Parker got great gifts and we really appreciate all of your love and support.

Family Reunions!

We had 2 family reunions in a row! I am bummed I didn't have my camera for the Olsen reunion! They were both a lot of fun. Ryan and I both have great families! Here are some pictures of the Rogers reunion (my dad's family)

Here is Tay and Parker. They played so cute together! They walked around holding hands the whole time. Taylee helped him in the swimming pool and he just loves her. She is such a good cousin, and a beautiful girl!

Parker loved grandma Josie! She helped him and all the kids blow bubbles. We sure love her, she always makes things interesting!

Sarah's blessing day

It has been too long since I have updated my blog! Our little princess was blessed June 7th. Ryan gave a beautiful prayer and Sarah cooed the whole time. She looked so pretty and her dress even had her name and birthday on it.

Not the best picture of me, but this was the best one. 4 generations! What pretty ladies we are! :)

our sweet baby...

We got newborn pictures done yesterday. They turned out great, my baby is so beautiful. Danielle did a great job, I couldnt be more pleased!

my sweet babies...

Ryan and I had the kids pictures done and I wanted to share them with you all. They turned out really cute! Sarah was really good, she is such a great baby. The photographer kept commenting on what a good baby she was. She brings so much joy into our lives and we are so grateful for our little princess!

I love this one with her blankie, she is so sweet all cuddled up. I love to snuggle with her.

We have one of Parker at 3 weeks that looks almost the same as the one above. They look so much alike, its crazy!

My handsome boy! He is so cute. I can't believe how big he is getting! He is such a ham and loves to have his picture taken.

This is my favorite of my little man! He is such a good kid. He is an amazing big brother. Parker is already protective of "his baby" and loves to tell everyone he has a new baby sister. The hospital gave him a wristband that said big brother on it, and after a little over a week I had to beg him to cut it off! I am so proud of him!

We are so lucky to have such wonderful children. We love them so much and they are our everything! We have beautiful babies and we couldn't be anymore proud!
